1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (chose the variety you like)
1 package lasagna noodles
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned. Drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce. Mix the cheeses together in a separate bowl.
Layer one fourth of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 5 quart slow cooker.
Next arrange a third of the noodles over the sauce (break noodles if necessary). Spread a third of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Then spread a fourth of the meat sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until noodles are tender.
**You could add any seasoning you like to "kick it up" a bit. We use the Garden style Ragu, mushroom and onion, or Romano and Parmesan sauces. Whatever we are in the mood for. I also add more mozzarella cheese on top.
It is delicious.

Re: Slow Cooker Lasagna
I made this today for a family reunion. I'd make a few more changes to the recipe. (It was more complicated.) It keeps evolving as I go. I add 1/2 cup of water. I also think I'd add at least another 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce.
It must have been pretty decent; the crock was empty.
